Now let me give you all the details. First, let's start with the process of getting a key card if you choose to get one:
- Fill out the SDFS application
- Fill out and sign a Waiver of Liability (If you have signed one before then all you have to do is check the box that says so and we will look or it to match your account)
- On your next visit pay the $5.00 first-card fee and get your new SDFS Key Card!
Now, if for some reason you lose your card and need to get a new one then the fee will be $10.00 and your previous card will be voided in the system so please take care of your cards :)
Another important detail is that we will be more strict on the expiration dates. Because the expirations dates will show on the screen and we will ONLY make exceptions on a case-by-case basis and with management approval.
If you are traveling and know when you will be back then please let us know ahead of time so that we make the changes in your account.
You will still be able to share the passes with friends and family.
You don't want a key card? Well then this applies to you:
If you choose to not get a key card and stay with the current passes that we offer, we will not be forgiving if you lose that pass, why? Because we, and you, now have the option to keep your information/passes/purchases in the system but you are choosing not to, therefore there is no acceptable reason on why we should be forgiving on your decision to not get a better way to track your passes. Hope that made sense.
We do not have a specific date for this to start happening but as soon as we have the forms available at the studio, the process shall begin!

I have a question. I want to get a Sensazao gift card/certificate to my friend for her birthday which is in January. But I'm worried about the expiration date issue. Because she already bought a 20 class card so I don't want my purchase to conflict with the expiration date on her own card.
ReplyDeleteI can solve that issue for you in two ways. One is with the new system that we will be getting i can make the activation date of the classes a set date OR (because we are not yet with that system, at least not until January) you can go ahead and purchase a card and I can write on the back of it when you want it to start and the expiration date as well :) Hope that helped.
