So sorry it took so long to send you all a new post, it's been quite busy at the Studio with Marcelo's departure and arrangements to try and make an easy transition to our new Instructors. I do want to thank you all for the patience and understanding you had and still have with Sensazão as we grow and try to make every issue a one-time opportunity for better service ;)
Speaking of new instructors I am sure that some of you have already gotten the pleasure of knowing them: Erin, Manuel, and Jimmy. We will be having Nyasha starting this Sunday as well.
- As you are aware, some are returning instructors such as Manuel. I hope you do get to experience his class, he's a lot of fun and has been with Sensazão for quite some time now. His class is every Thursday at 12PM.
- Then we have Erin who is just starting at the Studio and you might have seen her plenty of times on stage before. You can join her every Wednesday at 5PM.
- Another exciting introduction is for Jimmy who is practically completely new to Sensazão and you can join him Mondays & Wednesdays at 12:30PM and Saturdays at 1PM
- Finally I'd like to you to join Nyasha every Sunday at 2:30PM starting this Sunday November 20th! She's also an exciting addition to our Studio and hope you try out her class.
As always, I love constructive and appropriate feed back as long as it is in writing to make sure I don't forget it ;)

Now the main reason of this post: BLACK FRIDAY MASTER CLASS!
We will have a Master Class this coming Friday the 25th of November at 11:30AM-1:00PM. What's a master class? GREAT QUESTION!
It's like any regular Dance Fitness Class but it is 90min. long! Perfect to come burn all that delicious Thanksgiving food you had the day before! You can sign-up at the front desk (NO NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE) although it is not required. The entrance fee is $10 per person and you may ONLY use a 5-class pass, we will simply punch it twice, OR pay the day of at the front desk (credit, cash, and check of course).
Also please note that ALL other classes will be cancelled that day. So Friday November 25th we will ONLY open the studio for the Master Class. ALL other classes will be CANCELLED.
Finally, some exciting news. A New Year deserves a New System!
We are working very hard in making the transition to using key-cards that will have all your information (such as the passes you buy) instead of a regular hole-punch card (although that will still be available). More details will come in the next Post so stay tuned! Just giving you all a heads-up since you subscribe to receive exciting news like these! ;)

It took some time but it finally happened! Manuel is teaching at the Studio! I hope he stays! He should have more classes though... he is amazing!!!

LOVELY! Like I said, I very much appreciate the feedback on ALL our instructors :) And we'd also love to give more classes to Manuel but for that we do consider attendance so if he gets more students then we know you guys are loving him and we give him another class ;)

Would love to have an evening class with Manuel! I love his style and use his choreo to Boom Boom Mama in my own class.
ReplyDeleteI have to mention what a great addition Shannon makes to Sensazao. I enjoyed Marcelo's classes and was very happy Shannon now teaches the majority of his classes. She makes it look so easy! Great instructor.

For all the resolutioners, and people who were unable to get to the halloween event! I saw your youtube video of it, thanks for putting that up.....almost makes me feel like I was there! ;) Happy Thanksgiving.
