Very quick update:

This blog is moving to our new website www.sensazao.com where you can also find our monthly newsletter.  Each post has comments enabled so feel free to share your positive thoughts ;)

If you have any questions you'd like the crew to answer (Jazmin, Gabriela, or Diego) then please use #AskSensazao and they might just make a video response to your question.

Another new addition is our event calendar, that's where all upcoming events and schedule for holidays will be posted.  You can also like and comment on those so don't be afraid to interact with us there!

Massive Update!

Hello!

As you know, we’ve moved to a new location and we’re very excited you could join us for our Grand Opening Saturday the 5^th of April.

We would also like to very quickly thank all the people that have donated to our moving-costs fund, it has helped in more ways than we can possibly thank you, so THANK YOU!

On the new schedule, a few of you have written with suggestions and please know those are being accounted for; we will revise the schedule to see where we can make changes, but first we are going to give the current schedule a chance.  

Please continue to send us your suggestions, we love to know more of what would make you all have more fun at Sensazão Dance Fitness Studio.

Also in the new schedule, Samba is back!  Please make sure to talk to Jazmin in regards to schedule additions/changes.  And please note that Samba has a different prices and your Dance Fitness pass cannot be used with Samba classes until further notice.  The system simply does not allow us to use your Dance Fitness pass with a specialty class for the time being.

Other exciting news: the ability to buy passes online!  

With that you are also able to store billing information in your account as well as being able to sign-up online for workshops and other selected classes. 

What other changes would you like to see?  What do you like the most so far?  All your constructive opinions are very valuable to us and they’re better kept safe if sent via email to management so we can keep good track of all the possible additions to our services and schedule.

Finally, I know the music list is a bit dated but I will work with the crew on getting those new hot songs on the list as soon as possible!  How would you like a “New songs Newsletter” to be sent monthly and when applicable?

The Holidays with Sensazão

Hello there!

I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this post, I know you're busy so I will try to be quick ;)

The Holidays are fast approaching and we wouldn't want you to miss on your Sensazão Dance Fitness workout!  So we've already arranged a few important dates to let you plan accordingly:

• The Mall and the Studio will be closed on Thanksgiving Thursday November 28th and Christmas Day Wednesday December 25th.  There will be no classes on those two days.

• For Black Friday November 29 classes will be normal.  We are adding a Sensazão Kids class at 11:00 AM for that day only so if you have little ones make sure you bring them with you so they can workout too!  Also, for Black Friday only we will have a special pass:  10 classes for $40!  This pass will ONLY be sold on Friday November 29th 2013.

• On December 24th or Christmas Eve (Tuesday) we will have our regular class in the morning together with a Sensazão Kids class at the same time.  Evening classes will be cancelled and the studio will close after the morning classes.

• For New Year's Eve or December 31st (Tuesday) we will only have the morning class together with a Sensazão Kids class.  Evening classes will be cancelled and the studio will be closed after the morning classes.

• On January 1st or New Year's Day (Wednesday) there will be a masterclass for adults and kids in the morning (time will be announced closer to date) and the studio will close for the rest of the day.

Texas and Flow and Choreo Oh My!

Spring is here!  Kind of...sometimes it feels like summer or fall but that's besides the point ;)

Our motivation for that summer attitude and body is definitely here! Let me remind you of our awesome upcoming masterclass in Austin, TX on May 4th and thank NYC for all the fun the crew and staff had, thank you NYC!

On a different note...a Jazmin note to be exact:  We have added classes to our studio schedule!

We hope these classes are just as awesome as our Sensazão Dance Fitness, please let me know how you like them, what you like most about them, what you suggest, and just anything that comes to your mind after taking these two new classes:  Sensazão Latin Flow and Sensazão Choreo Class.

Since Jazmin's return, we've been waiting for a lot of you to drop by one of her Samba classes, they are amazing and if you have not tried them you should definitely stop by!  Plus, you know samba is used in a lot of our workout choreos so if you think you've learned all the moves come perfect your samba to see the difference it makes!
