Key Cards! :)

Alright, as most of you have realized we are switching to the keycard system which is slowly but surely making your membership at the studio more efficient to keep track of.

All you have to do is:
  1. Fill out a membership form (not the waiver, unless you never signed one then you might as well sign a new one as well)
  2. Turn in the form at the front desk and pay $5.00 (remember we have a minimum of $7.00 for credit cards)
  3. Give us at least 2-3 days for your information to be entered into the system.
  4. Next time you come in just check with the front desk if your key card is ready by giving your first name and you are DONE!
We are also in the process of making all the passes available online so that you can buy them and they will automatically be added to your account, that way we can avoid the hassle at the front desk when there are people waiting ;)

If there are any questions please do not hesitate to leave a comment.

Sincerely,

Diana Espinoza

  2. Would yah please have Diego hand-deliver my key-card to me. I live about two hours out, a tad south of the studio. His little trip would be awesome!

  3. I passed on the message to Diego, can't promise anything though ;)
If you still have classes left I can have those transfer onto your new key card :) We are trying to make this as smoothly as possible so as of now it's not mandatory but once the paper passes are finished it will be. I am hoping that there won't be immense amounts of applications then because they will take longer, so the sooner the better ;)

Thank for visiting the Blog and remember you can always leave questions and comments! :D

  4. Read the new policies. Good ideas. I would like the morning class instructors to make an effort to start on time. Class is often started 10 minutes late. thanks.

  5. I am glad you read our new policies :) About the morning classes I completely agree with you. The problem is that our morning instructors use public transportation and that's the reason for the delay BUT when we have someone here from the studio that can pick up the instructor OR when the bus in on schedule then classes tend to start right on time. I hope this helps as we do try to be punctual :)
